Office Fit Out Site Manager required for a start in Cheltenham from Monday 10th November
Our client is looking for a Site Manager for an office refurbishment in Cheltenham. It will be in an occupied building with weekend works included. A lot of the works are to replace flooring and decoartions to the common parts.
What is required for the position?
Tickets: Valid SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness (Fire Marshall / Warden Course desirable)
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects.
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Works involved: construction site, where they will be doing racking- 5-6 workers to manage, needs black smsts, first aid and to drive as site is not accessible by public transport. They will be overseeing the site and managing the works
Other information:
250 per day
Working hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm
