- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Write engaging copy for the website, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials
- Monitor and manage social media channels, creating images, videos, and interactive content
- Compile and distribute marketing analytics reports (website, social media, and campaign performance)
- Organise and coordinate events, presentations, and promotional activities
- Assist with market research and analyse results to help shape future campaigns
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and community engagement
- Previous experience in a marketing or content creation role (or relevant qualification)
- Confident with social media management and basic content creation tools
- Knowledge of SEO and analytics software would be an advantage
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
