About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a high-performing Internal Client Services team based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Legal Secretary experience either currently in the role or looking to return who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll provide essential administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Fee Earners in a prestigious and well-established firm.

 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage support for client projects
- Liaise with Partners, Fee Earners, and clients to streamline processes
- Assist with marketing and BD initiatives, including pitches and event support
- Handle internal and external communications professionally
- Maintain accurate client data using CRM systems (e.g., InterAction)
- Manage meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and diary coordination
- Handle phone and email queries with efficiency and discretion
- Liaise with internal teams and manage planned absence cover
- Support time-recording, invoicing, expenses, and billing
- Collaborate with the Finance team on reporting and credit control
- Oversee travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Manage document production, filing, and general administration
- Assist with conflict checks, engagement letters, and file openings

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM and practice management systems
