Urgent Temporary Administrator Required – Immediate Start

Our client is urgently seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join their expanding team on an immediate basis.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.The role is based on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer bookings and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Liaise with the Engineering Manager to align workload with workshop capacity.
  • Prepare job cards and maintain accurate service records.
  • Support planning and record-keeping for the company’s own vehicle fleet.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding their status and explain any additional work required.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Generate and prepare customer invoices for payment.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Assist with operations and ensure site Health & Safety compliance and documentation.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have previous customer-facing experience in a service environment.
  • Be a team player with excellent all-round communication skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on service quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
