SLH Consult are currently partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a multi-trader/technician to workon a new build housing sitewithin Gloucester.
The ideal candidate would of ideally evolved from a carpentry background and must have previously worked as a multi-traderwithin the new buildresidential sector on new build housing sites, possess relevanttools, have a high level of customer service, and be able to complete works to a high standard,coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as be able to manage theirown day to ensure snaglists and job listsare complete.
Duties willconsistof minor works including patching, painting, tiling masticandcarpentry works, door easing, hanging aligning of kitchen units/cupboardsetc.as well as undertakinggeneral remedial works, relevant CSCS card ideally blueisrequired for this role.
This will be an ideal assignment for a seasoned contractor looking for an assignment until Christmas and possibly beyond.
