Role Overview

Due to a recent leaver my client is urgently seeking a reliable and proactive individual to provide temporary part time support to MS Cotswolds office while we recruit for a permanent team member. The successful candidate will assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth property turnover and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Linen Management:

    • Unpack commercial linen deliveries and check stock against delivery notes
    • Pack linen bags for properties ready for cleaner collection
  • Guest Preparation:

    • Assemble welcome packs for cleaner collection
    • Deliver welcome packs, supplies, cots, and highchairs to properties as needed
  • Property Checks & Maintenance Reporting:

    • Visit properties between bookings to inspect cleanliness standards
    • Report any maintenance concerns to the Dorset office team
  • Supplier Coordination:

    • Meet with third-party suppliers (cleaners, window cleaners, gardeners, etc.)
    • Obtain quotes for property-related works
  • Cleaning Support:

    • Provide cleaning services between bookings if a cleaner is unavailable
    • Ensure all areas of the cottage are cleaned and beds made for guest arrivals
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with remote support available via phone and email
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle 
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders including property owners, guests, and suppliers
