At Long-Term Teachers, we're on the hunt for vibrant, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of fantastic roles across South West and Worcestershire. We're particularly interested in ECT’s and Qualified Teachers, who are comfortable with class behavioural management, and are adept at supporting and advising TAs that individual pupils with behavioural or complex needs.

Role Requirements:

As a Supply Teacher it's beneficial (though not compulsory) to have experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care. It's crucial that candidates applying for this role have a solid understanding of KS1 and KS2 curriculum, behavioural management and have the correct qualifications (QTS/PGCE)

We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

- Comprehensive knowledge of support/intervention programmes for SEND

- Patience and a nurturing, kind mindset

- Flexibility

- Previous experience with SEN/SEMH

- Compassionate and proactive approach

- Successful experience working with children

- Passion for inclusive education

- Confidence, understanding, and open-mindedness

Working with Long-term Teachers:
