What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and execute innovative product initiatives across the full lifecycle-from discovery to delivery and beyond.
  • Dive into market and user research to stay ahead of client needs and regulatory demands.
  • Shape and refine a product roadmap that supports our strategic goals and delights users.
  • Be the voice of the customer, championing great UX across all product touchpoints.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, user documentation, and product performance monitoring.

What You'll Bring

  • Deep knowledge of the UK mortgage market-experience with mortgage advice is a plus.
  • Proven background in product management, especially in software.
  • Sharp skills in translating complex needs into elegant, scalable tech solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management chops.
  • Confidence in setting priorities and making product decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • CEMAP not a must but great to have
