- Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of CNC-machined components
- Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, height gauges, CMM, and other inspection equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Carry out in-process, first-off, final, and goods-in inspections
- Record and report non-conformances, assist with root cause analysis, and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace quality standards
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process
- Proven experience in a Quality Inspection role within a CNC machining or precision engineering environment
- Aerospace industry background preferred
- Strong knowledge of geometric tolerances, engineering drawings, and quality standards
- Proficient in the use of manual and digital measuring equipment
- Experience with CMM inspection (PC-DMIS or similar software advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
