Salary: 25,000 - 27,000 DOE

Responsibilities:
As a Production Administrator, you will be the backbone of the production function. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in internal production meetings
- Managing and maintaining the order book
- Order entry and acknowledgement using a bespoke MRP system
- Procuring raw materials
- Conducting contract reviews and managing subcontracts
- Arranging production meetings and taking detailed notes
- Assisting the Production Team and maintaining reports
- Communicating effectively with customers and team members about updates and issues
- Managing correspondence through phone calls, emails, and post
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- GCSE A-C or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Capable of managing your workload independently and meeting deadlines
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with MRP systems
- Previous experience in production administrative roles
