Role Overview

As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to support the delivery of tailored advice and exceptional client service. Your ability to combine technical knowledge with a proactive, detail-oriented approach will be central to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Advisers to develop and document financial strategies
  • Prepare clear and compliant suitability letters and reports
  • Ensure client records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Liaise with providers to obtain technical information as part of the advice process
  • Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently
  • Support with administrative tasks when required
  • Maintain and develop up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing learning
About You

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial services support role
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads independently while contributing to team success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desirable:

  • Progress toward relevant financial qualifications (e.g., J01, J02, R04, IMC)
  • Experience in drafting complex reports and supporting client relationships
