My Cheltenham based client is looking for a motivated and personable Lettings Negotiator to manage the end-to-end rental process, from initial enquiry to move-in, while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This role is ideal for someone eager to advance their career within a forward-thinking company.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Register new applicants and understand their property requirements.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process.
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and close deals.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Coordinate references and right-to-rent checks.
  • Manage a database of applicants and properties using CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Drive contributions towards the team’s growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in lettings, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software systems.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
