Must Haves
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service, ideally a role where you have been dealing with multiple people via phone and email
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle so you can attend viewings and check outs etc
Nice to Haves
- Any previous experience within Property / Lettings
So, what will you be doing?
- Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs
- Arranging and conducting property viewings with potential tenants
- Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the letting process
- Negotiating tenancy terms and closing deals efficiently
- Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring legal compliance
- Coordinating references and right-to-rent checks
