Role Overview:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and polished Sales Associate to join a thriving town centre branch. Not only will you be part of a motivated, dynamic and supportive team, but you’ll also benefit from ongoing training, NAEA exam funding, uncapped commission, and a clear route to career progression. The office is centrally located and offers business car parking, making day-to-day travel stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from potential buyers and sellers
  • Match buyers to suitable properties
  • Create market appraisal documents and attend appraisals
  • Qualify prospective clients and identify their needs
  • Win new instructions through effective business development
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Manage existing client relationships and properties
  • Progress sales from offer through to completion
  • Support colleagues with viewings and client queries
  • Attend daily team meetings and contribute to team success

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in estate agency sales
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Highly organised and target-driven
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Strong business ethics and customer focus
  • Full valid UK driving licence and must have own car
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service

Package and Benefits:

  • £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 OTE with uncapped commission
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am - 4pm
