Trainee Property Administrator

Our client, a successful and well regarded commercial property consultancy, is looking to add a Trainee Property Administrator to their team based in Cheltenham. Our client has a strong presence in the local area, helping to impact the local economy in a positive way.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Trainee Property Administrator:

Ø First point of client/customer contact 

Ø Email and diary management

Ø Producing and proof-reading letters, reports and schedules

Ø Maintaining the company's website and social media platforms

Ø Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors

Required Skills and Qualifications for the Trainee Property Administrator:

Ø A confident, outgoing personality, with a ‘can do’ attitude

Ø Prior experience working in a professional office environment is desirable

Ø Good general administrative and IT skills, familiar with Microsoft Office Word

Ø Strong written and verbal communications, with excellent attention to detail

My client is offering an annual salary of £24,000 – £26,000 depending on experience.
