They currently have a wonderful new permanent opportunity for a receptionist to join the friendly and close-knit team within a supportive environment that values initiative and care.

Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling - Manage the clinical diaries for medical Specialists
- Client Support - Oversee the full client journey, from initial booking to aftercare
- Communication Handling - Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records
- Administrative Tasks - Prepare clinic files, scan and file documents, manage patient notes
- Payment Processing - Handle transactions and ensure accurate billing
- Stock and Repairs - Order supplies and coordinate repair management
Candidate Attributes:

Hours - Monday - Friday - 35 hours per week
