So what will you be doing?

  • Manage reception rota and holiday requests
  • Use our computerised telephone system to answer and filter volume incoming calls
  • Co-ordinate, book and prepare meeting rooms
  • Ensure maintenance of reception areas and meeting rooms

  • You have client facing experience in an office environment (essential)
  • You have experience leading a team
  • You have proven exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You are confident, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
