What you’ll be doing
- Being the first point of contact for walk-in customers
- Supporting the Brand Manager with daily showroom operations
- Managing and nurturing customer relationships
- Allocating leads to the Sales Executives
- Completing administrative duties and daily reports?
What we’re looking for
- Previous administration or front-of-house experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Impeccable communication – both written and verbal
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
- High level of attention to detail and professional presentation?
