Must Have’s

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar admin or projects-based role• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines• Excellent communication and organisational skills• Microsoft Office 365 confidence (Excel, Outlook, Word)• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have’s

• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Wrike)• Understanding of project lifecycles, flowcharts, and documentation• Experience sourcing or managing product compliance and samples

So what will you be doing?

• Supporting the Projects team on new and ongoing projects• Coordinating schedules, paperwork, and communication between stakeholders• Managing compliance checks and product documentation• Scheduling meetings and maintaining project materials• Assisting with costing, reports, and legal documentation• Organising samples and resources for new product development
