Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Cheltenham, Cotswolds (Gloucestershire)
Salary: £50,000 GPA + TONIC on top
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days across a 7-day operation
About the Role:
Our client, a high-end restaurant based in Cheltenham, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house operations at their high-volume restaurant in Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience
- Maintain and enforce strong systems and structure across all areas of service
- Oversee budget management, stock control, and financial reporting
- Monitor and act on guest feedback to ensure consistently high service levels
- Recruit, train, and motivate FOH staff
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior leadership to uphold Michelin-level standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Candidate Profile:
- Michelin or high-end hospitality experience essential
- Strong track record in managing high-volume restaurant environments
- Knowledge of system and budget management
- Highly organised, numbers-driven, and regimented in approach
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
- A local or willing to relocate to the Cotswolds/Cheltenham area
