Role Overview
As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to support the delivery of tailored advice and exceptional client service. Your ability to combine technical knowledge with a proactive, detail-oriented approach will be central to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Advisers to develop and document financial strategies
- Prepare clear and compliant suitability letters and reports
- Ensure client records and compliance documentation are accurate and up to date
- Liaise with providers to obtain technical information as part of the advice process
- Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently
- Support with administrative tasks when required
- Maintain and develop up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing learning
About You
Essential:
- Previous experience in a paraplanning or financial services support role
- Strong understanding of financial planning principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads independently while contributing to team success
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Desirable:
- Progress toward relevant financial qualifications (e.g., J01, J02, R04, IMC)
- Experience in drafting complex reports and supporting client relationships
