This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate (or someone ready to step into that level) to join a collaborative, forward-looking team that prioritises client relationships, quality of service, and long-term career development.

• Managing and nurturing your own portfolio of sophisticated private clients.

• Advising on a wide spectrum of tax issues, from UK compliance to cross-border planning.

• Leading client meetings, reviewing technical work, and ensuring high standards across the board.

• Supporting junior team members with mentoring and on-the-job development.

• Acting as a trusted adviser, helping clients navigate an increasingly complex tax landscape.

• CTA and/or ATT qualified (or nearly qualified).

• A strong grounding in private client tax, ideally from a practice environment.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Confidence in using Excel and tax software.

• An appetite for taking initiative and stepping up in a growing team.
