Must Have’s

• Proven experience working in a sales role (any industry)• A genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional service• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - perfectionism is key!• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working to targets• High attention to detail and organisation when handling bookings

Nice to have’s

• Previous experience in travel sales or a travel agency would be perfect!• Good geographical knowledge of Europe and/or international destinations• Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting holiday packages• Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRMs• Knowledge of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele

So what will you be doing?

• Managing client bookings from enquiry to completion• Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on customer needs• Negotiating rates and availability with providers• Maintaining accurate records in the reservation system• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients• Supporting the Sales Manager and working towards team sales targets• Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
