If so, Academics are currently looking for someone to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant with a pupil in a Chepstow Primary School who has Additional Learning Needs.

Key responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 support specially tailored to a KS1 pupil with ALN
Assisting the pupil with classroom activities including basic numeracy and literacy tasks
Implementing strategies to support the pupils academic development
Building a positive relationship with the pupil
Communicate effectively with the pupil's teacher and parents to monitor and track progress.

Requirements:

Experience in a SEN setting (essential)
Experience working 1:1 with ALN pupils (desirable)
