Your new roleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students across KS3 and KS4. You'll assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one or small-group support, and help maintain a productive learning environment. Your role will also involve reinforcing lesson objectives, managing student engagement, and ensuring all learners feel encouraged and supported in their education. What you'll need to succeed
