Acorn by Synergie is working with a well known Wholesale Foods and Drinks company based in Chepstow who are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate must be able to build meaningful connections and be happy and confident to talk on the phone all day.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Previous sales experience is essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional telephone manner.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Look after a wide range of customer accounts.
* Take customer orders over the phone, demonstrating your expert knowledge.
* Reminding customers of products they frequently order and might have forgotten.
* Take every opportunity to upsell.
* Making sales while also delivering brilliant customer service.
