What You’ll Be DoingPerform advanced soldering (SMT), crimping, cable work, and complex assemblies to industry standards (IPC-610/620).
Work from technical drawings and documentation to build, test, and inspect components from prototype to production.
Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers, continuous improvement, and compliance with rigorous quality benchmarks.
Support audits, maintain tool traceability, and drive high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
5 years’ experience in technical production roles within electronic/mechanical assembly.
Proficiency in IPC 610 & 620, excellent mechanical aptitude, and strong understanding of components and schematics.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems with precision and care.
Eligibility for UK security clearance.
