Main duties:To offer excellent customer service and support to clients

The role:- Answer all customer enquiries via telephone - Manage the inbox and answer emails in a timely manner- Order processing and arranging deliveries- Process invoices and take payment details - Support the team with any administration duties as necessary

The candidate:- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous customer service experience - Preferred - Excellent communication skills - Motivated candidate and quick learner- IT literate
