Service Co-ordinator

Based in Chertsey 8:30am - 4:30pm | 37.5 hours a week£28,000 per annum

Are you a proactive administrator with strong systems skills, looking for a full-time role in a friendly, busy team?

We’re looking for a Service Co-ordinator. You'll play a vital part in keeping the engineers on track and making sure their customers are looked after.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Scheduling and booking planned maintenance and repair visits.
  • Communicating daily with engineers and third-party service providers.
  • Managing incoming service enquiries and dispatching emergency callouts.
  • Updating customer portals and internal systems accurately.
  • Raising purchase orders, managing stock deliveries, and coordinating vehicle repairs.
  • Supporting monthly KPI reporting and customer updates.

  • Are confident using Microsoft Office (and quick to learn new systems).
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
