Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join a dynamic Musculoskeletal Outpatient team within an NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating a wide range of MSK conditions, helping patients return to optimal functional levels through tailored rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of MSK patients with varying complexities

  • Carry out detailed assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans

  • Use manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to achieve clinical goals

  • Work closely with GPs, consultants, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team

  • Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist

  • Minimum 6 months of NHS experience in an MSK outpatient setting

  • Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills

  • Confident in managing a varied MSK caseload independently

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
