Job Title:  Scheduler/PlannerLocation: ChertseyDue to the office location you will need your own transport.Job Overview:As a Scheduler/Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and values. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling  field staff efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize travel time. You will schedule preventative and regular maintenance with minimal disruption, ensuring that engineers' skill sets align with operational requirements. You will also manage customer/client appointments within the correct SLAs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organise engineer diaries effectively.
  • Maximize productivity while minimizing travel time.
  • Proactively monitor and communicate with field staff throughout the day.
  • Ensure real-time communication and track job progress to completion.
  • Liaise between indoor and outdoor teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support first-time fix solutions whenever possible.
  • Address issues promptly to minimize disruption.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in Repairs, Service, and Maintenance.
  • Strong geographical knowledge.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CAFM systems.
