Reeson Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive SEN school in Chertsey. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and therapists to support pupils across the school, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Encourage independence and social development
Work collaboratively with the wider school team

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (SEN experience preferred)
A caring, resilient, and proactive attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
