This world-renowned brand based in Chertsey are seeking a part time Payroll Manager to join their team. You will be play a crucial role and will have full responsibility of a payroll of 200 employees. You will also manage the company bonus and commission pay as well as the administration for the company fleet and benefits. This role will be temporary for 3 months. Responsibilities:* Manage the full payroll cycle for 200 employees* Collect payroll data and accurately enter to the system* Work with the HR advisor to ensure payroll changes are approved and actioned* Liaise with stakeholders* Respond to all payroll enquiries from employees within agreed timeframes* Manage leave and process accordingly* Distribute end of year and leaver documents* Ensure benefit data is inputted and payrolled* Manage and coordinate pensions* Ensure compliance is adhered to across all aspects of payroll* Work closely with other teams* Manage annual benefits renewal* Manage the administration related the fleet vehicles.Skills* Experience of managing UK Payroll end to end* Extensive experience and understanding of company benefits* Experience in Admin* HRIS experience desirable* Thorough understanding of Payroll laws, Tax regulations and Pension obligations* Experience of working with large sets of data on Excel (V-lookups and Pivot Tables)
