We are urgently seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager for a 3-month contract with the possibility of temp to perm.
The position is based in Chertsey, UK, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence on Mondays and Tuesdays, and offers a salary of £32,333 pro-rata (£48,500 FTE).
The role involves managing payroll for approximately 200 employees using IRIS Cascade, along with various responsibilities related to payroll processing and employee benefits.

Urgent: Senior Payroll & Benefits Manager (3 months, possible temp to perm)

Salary: £32,333 Pro-rata (£48,500 FTE)
Location: Chertsey, UK (Hybrid: Mondays & Tuesdays in office)
Hours: 25 per week

Role Overview: We seek a proactive Payroll & Benefits Manager to manage UK payroll for ~200 employees using IRIS Cascade. Responsibilities include payroll processing, disbursements, payroll changes, management information, employee queries, family leave, year-end procedures, benefits, pension management, communications, documentation, finance collaboration, process optimisation, compliance, and fleet administration.

Requirements:

Extensive payroll and benefits experience
Familiarity with IRIS Cascade
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
Tech-savvy and process-oriented
Strong knowledge of UK payroll laws and tax regulations
Collaborative team player with excellent Microsoft skills
