Reginald Gray is partnering with a market-leading client to recruit a Senior Site Manager for a prestigious, one-off project in Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the delivery team on the refurbishment and restoration of an exceptional private property, with a build value of circa 80 million.

You will work alongside other Senior Site Managers, each responsible for their own section of the project, supported by around four direct reports (Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers). Desirable:

  • Previous involvement in heritage or luxury residential schemes.
  • Professional membership or chartered status (CIOB, RICS).

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most significant private property projects in the region, working with a high-profile client and a strong on-site team.
