Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for Korean speaking Retail Strategy & Insights Manager.

[Key Responsibilities](1) Develop and implement robust marketing & product marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, drive market share growth, and increase brand visibility

(2) Manage the go-to-market strategy for new product or campaign launches and build campaign objectives and KPIs and monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization

(3) Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.

(4) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive approach.

(5) Ensure effective communication and alignment with the headquarters, coordinating marketing efforts, sharing best practices, and reporting progress regularly.

(6) Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of CEO’s vision and direction.

(7) Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc business/marketing KPI analysis reports to support business decision-makers.

[Requirements](1) Must be fluent in both Korean & English

(2) Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant roles

(3) Excellent analysis & reporting skills

(4) Excellent MS Office skills especially for MS Excel(conditional formatting, pivot table, V-lookup, formula set up)

(5) Excellent communication & inter-personal skills

[Conditions](1) Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)

(2) Job type: full-time & 12 month contract (subject to be extended)

(3) Hybrid: working from home 2 days per week

(4) Hours of work: 37.5 hour per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)

(5) Annual basic salary: Up to 70K (depending on experience)
