We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our client, a leading technology specialist in Chesham. The position will involve Reception duties, and will be working as part of the Admin Team, reporting to the Directors PA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be the first point of contact, providing a first rate service to customers and suppliers.

ROLE:
Answering telephone calls – as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers and dealing with calls in a friendly, helpful fashion
Arranging customer collections and deliveries
Arranging customer site visits
Administrative duties regarding engineer timesheet processing
Logging calls in the Company’s system
Welcoming visitors and conducting their signing-in process
Copying and scanning documents
Performing general clerical duties
Ordering supplies for the day-to-day running of the Company,

REQUIREMENTS:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Accurate fast keyboard skills
Good level of verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Eye for detail
Team player
Ability to prioritise a busy workload, use own initiative and be proactive
Process driven

Office based
2 stage video interview - via MS Teams
Parking available
25 days Holiday per year + bank holidays

Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm)
