Academics is working closely with a fantastic, high-achieving Primary School in Chesham that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team immediately.
About the Role:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- Supporting Early Years students within a nurturing classroom environment
- Working alongside a class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum
- Delivering small group activities and contributing to children's progress
- Taking observations and supporting individual learning plans
- Long-term opportunity for the full academic year, with training and progression available
What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, BA)
- GCSEs in Maths & English (A*-C / 9-4)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Experience with early years observations and assessments
- A confident, proactive, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents
- A team player who is adaptable, committed, and passionate about early education
