My client are seeking an experienced Machine Engineer to work alongside a Team Lead. Managing a small night team for this thriving manufacturing company. You will have extensive experience in machine operation and feel confident in leading and taking the initiative.
You will be responsible for the supervision of a small team of night workers and ensuring duties are carried out efficiently and on time. The role is temporary but commitment is required. It is a full time role Monday to Thursday - 11pm to 7am (1 x 15 minute paid break and 1 x 30 minute unpaid) and Friday 10.30pm to 6.30pm (1 x 15 min paid break and 1 30 minute unpaid). The training will be day shifts and the role moves on to Night Shifts after the one/two week training.
You will be presentable, have great written and spoken English and be able to manage a team with confidence. Available to start immediately subject to a successful interview.
