Salary: Approximately £100–£110 per day (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic KS2 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to take the next step in your education career? We are seeking a confident, proactive HLTA to join a supportive primary school in Chesham. You’ll play a key role in leading small group sessions, covering classes, and supporting pupils to achieve their best in Key Stage 2.
This role is ideal for someone with prior classroom experience and a genuine passion for helping children develop academically and personally.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering planned lessons to KS2 classes in the absence of the class teacher

Providing targeted support to pupils in small groups and one-to-one sessions

Working closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging learning activities

Promoting positive behaviour and a culture of high expectations

Supporting assessment, progress tracking, and classroom organisation
