- Code & input sales & purchase ledger invoices
- Process Engineers' timesheets
- Produce Sales Invoices onto Excel & upload onto client portals
- Keep accounting records up to date & maintain all relevant information on CRM
- Provide general administration support to the accounts team
- Must be confident on the phone and have a polite, professional manner
- Strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data is essential
- You may be a bright school leaver, college leaver, or someone with office experience seeking a stable, Monday-Friday role
- Must be organised & willing to learn with good attention to detail
