- Job Description: Join my clients team as an Administrative Support professional, assisting both the Sales and Finance teams. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who can multitask effectively and communicate professionally with clients and customers. No prior experience in finance or sales is required.
- Spot checking minor discrepancies in documentation and advising teams on resolutions to reissue correct invoices.
- Inputting data and updating spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Communicating professionally with clients and customers to resolve queries and provide support.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth operation and accurate documentation.
- After initial training, there is an opportunity to work in a hybrid remote setting.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry and managing spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Driving license is advantageous due to the location.
- Competitive hourly rate of circa £15.
