  • Job Description: Join my clients team as an Administrative Support professional, assisting both the Sales and Finance teams. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who can multitask effectively and communicate professionally with clients and customers. No prior experience in finance or sales is required.
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Spot checking minor discrepancies in documentation and advising teams on resolutions to reissue correct invoices.
  • Inputting data and updating spreadsheets with high accuracy.
  • Communicating professionally with clients and customers to resolve queries and provide support.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth operation and accurate documentation.
  • After initial training, there is an opportunity to work in a hybrid remote setting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in data entry and managing spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Driving license is advantageous due to the location.
