Site based role commutable from Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Chessington, Surbiton, Sutton, Tolworth, New Malden


55,000-65,000+ Mon - Thu (8:00am-5:00pm) + Early Finish Friday (12pm) + Flexible Start Times + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Long Term Permanent Role + Profit share Scheme


Are you a time-served Quality Inspector with a strong background in precision engineering and CNC manufacturing, looking to take on a senior, long-term role within a stable and well-established engineering environment?


This is a confidential opportunity to join a specialist precision engineering business. The company has a long-standing presence in its sector and places a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and engineering standards. Quality is central to daily operations, and this role plays a key part in maintaining those standards across the site.


You will work closely with production and engineering teams, providing hands-on inspection support and ensuring quality procedures are upheld. This is a senior, autonomous position suited to someone who is confident working independently and acting as a technical authority on inspection, measurement, and calibration.


This role would suit an experienced Quality Inspector who enjoys responsibility, attention to detail, and working within a precision-led manufacturing environment.


The Role:
* Carrying out detailed quality inspection activities within a CNC precision engineering environment
* Using CMM machines and associated software for measurement, calibration, and reporting
* Conducting audits, inspecting completed work, and supporting compliance with quality procedures

The Person:
* Time-served Quality Inspector with experience in CNC or precision engineering
* Strong hands-on experience using CMM machines, calibration equipment, and precision measurement tools
* In-depth understanding of quality procedures, inspection standards, and manufacturing best practice
