Vacancy: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - TELESALES

Location: Chessington, KT9

Salary: OTE £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a persuasive salesperson with exceptional Business Development experience to join a highly successful professional Chartered Surveying company

You will have a strong background in property sales and business development to understand fully the benefits of our client’s services, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will have a strong desire to build a career and to excel in your role.

The role will include handling warm leads, sourcing and identifying potential clients, matching their requirements, managing their expectations, and working with them to develop new business opportunities.

You will be someone who is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and numerical skills, an ability to adapt your skills dependant on the situation, and being commercially aware with a competitive nature.

You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly self-motivated, articulate, engaging, charismatic and energetic.

The perfect candidate may well have been a successful Estate Agent or Lettings Agent, who has an understanding of surveying so that they can hit the ground running. – The big advantage will also be that the hours are Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm.

Skills required for this Business Development Consultantrole will include:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing sales
  • Proven sales record and target driven
  • Surveying experience helpful

  • High level of customer service
  • Superb telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Previous Estate Agency or Lettings experience beneficial
