Role Overview:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing customer accounts, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring a seamless client experience from enquiry through to delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver outstanding service will directly impact customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and web

  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities

  • Manage and support existing client accounts

  • Prepare and send detailed quotes, and follow up to secure orders

  • Advise customers on product options, pricing, and logistics

  • Process orders using the company’s in-house system

  • Support the external sales team with administrative tasks

  • Coordinate global deliveries by working with logistics and courier services

  • Collaborate with internal departments (purchasing, accounts, warehouse, admin) to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or account management

  • Confident and professional phone manner

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable upselling and cross-selling (no cold calling required)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Organised, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks
