Job Description:

  • Manage the full order process with accuracy, from initial receipt to final delivery
  • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure emails are directed to the appropriate teams
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, offering effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and finance
  • Identify and support opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Support warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and on schedule

Person Specification:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and ideally Sage accounting software
  • Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in speech
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 5 (or equivalent) or above
