Hours: Monday to Friday | Shift Patterns: 05:00–13:00 / 11:00–19:00

Job Box Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation that is seeking an experienced and organised Operations Coordinator to join their growing operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in fleet or driver management to join a company offering progression, stability, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing day-to-day fleet operations and driver schedules
- Route planning and optimisation to ensure timely deliveries
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and handling queries professionally
- Providing operational support to drivers and resolving on-the-road issues
- Logging and updating transport data using internal IT systems
- Managing calls with a professional telephone manner
- Proven experience in fleet management and route planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner and IT proficiency
- Previous experience managing or supporting drivers is highly desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Competitive salary starting at £31,000 – £33,000
- Salary increase to £33,000 – £35,000 after successful 6-month probation
