Role Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons to support diverse learning needs
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals
Create a safe, structured, and inspiring classroom environment
Monitor and assess progress, adapting teaching methods as required
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience teaching pupils with SEN (preferably in primary settings)
A calm, adaptable, and creative approach to teaching
