- Daily processing and checking of invoices across multiple entities.
- Weekly and monthly bookkeeping to maintain an accurate accounts system.
- Regular reconciliation of bank and inter-entity balances.
- Support in preparing VAT returns, including Partial Exemption calculations.
- Assistance with year-end accounts and management accounts preparation.
- Involvement in credit control, including reviewing debtor/creditor balances and liaising with suppliers and customers.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of estate events, including hosting school visits.
- Carrying out ad hoc tasks as required by the Financial Controller.
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
- A flexible and professional approach, with a willingness to assist in wider estate activities.
