My client, a well-established specialist contractor in the structural repair and maintenance sector, is seeking an experienced Concrete Repair Supervisor to join their growing team based in Birtley. This is a permanent opportunity offering a stable workload and the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervising site teams delivering concrete repair works to the required standards
·Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications
·Reading and interpreting technical drawings and method statements
·Coordinating materials, labour, and on-site activities
·Acting as the point of contact for site queries and liaising with clients and senior management
·Completing site reports and maintaining accurate records
Candidate Requirements:
·Previous experience in concrete repairs
·Valid CSCS card
·Full UK driving licence
·Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude
·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
